Rebecca Engle, and Family! An ABQ Uptown Family Portrait Session; Albuquerque, NM

I have had the pleasure of photographing Rebecca, Adoli, Nora, and Kyle several times throughout the years, but this is the first time that I’ve met Rebecca’s siblings, their spouses, and their children, and what a fun family! The attempts to get the kiddos to smile were making me crack up!

Rebecca, Emily, and Andrew have one of those crazy sibling relationships where they can- and will- tease each other mercilessly, but when it boils down to it, they really love each other. They have all managed to find spouses (Esai for Emily, Rachel for Andrew, and Kyle for Rebecca) that easily fit into the family, and from someone who has a similar family dynamic, it truly is a blessing because it makes family gatherings that much more fun! All of their kiddos are blessed to be able to grow up together, to know what it’s like to have a best friend who understands just exactly how crazy your family is.

This Christmas portrait session was a gift for their mom, who requested updated family portraits for her home. And, yes, I’ve been told her favorite probably will be the one with the ugly Christmas sweaters and goofy faces!
