Me and Mommy Mini Sessions- Hay's Honey Farm, Bosque Farms, NM

I was blessed to have so many great clients turn out for my Me & Mommy Mother's Day Mini Photo Sessions, and even more so that it was a beautiful day to be outside!

I was privileged to host these sessions at Hays Honey and Apple Farm, in Bosque Farms, New Mexico. They have an absolutely beautiful Apple orchard that I was able to use, and it became a magical backdrop to these photos.

Celeste Gallegos brought her beautiful family, and we captured a photo that features her, her mother, and her three children. I'm blessed to be part of a family that currently has four generations, and it made my heart happy to capture this generations photo for them! It will surely be a treasure for them in the coming years.

Santana Smith brought her lovely daughters, as well. These sweet ladies all had a blast blowing bubbles and exploring the orchard! It was easy to see how close these girls are to their sweet mother.

Ms. Vanesa brought her son, Davian. I was able to capture some very sweet Mommy/Son moments for these two. I'm blessed to have two sons of my own, and know how special a Mommy's relationship with her son is, and these two definitely have a special bond.

Taryn and her boys- Damien and Dylan- brought their newest addition, baby Daryn! It was the first time that I got to meet Daryn, and he's a cutie! It was a blast photographing Damien and Dylan again. Those two make me laugh hard- and hope that my two boys are as close as they are as they grow up.

I also got to see Ms. Brittney and her daughter Rayleigh again. This Mother/daughter team have a such a sweet relationship! Ms. Rayleigh adores her mama, and knows that she can do anything with Mom's help. This sweetheart also has such a precious- and infections- giggle that had all of us laughing along with her.

Well, that's about it for these precious sessions. It was a pleasure to work with all of these families, and I look forward to seeing them all again!

Update 5/9/2024:

I remember how proud I was at how these photos turned out! Looking back, I still had a long way to go and a lot of things to learn, but these were still really good for someone a year into learning on her own! I ended up shooting Taryn’s wedding a few years later, and that turned out beautifully as well!.

I’d love to offer these sessions again; please let me know if you’d be interested!
