Simpson-Parrott Family- Albuquerque, New Mexico

I have had the pleasure of knowing Meg for a number of years now. We first met through Girl Scouts, and if it weren't for her, I'm pretty sure I would have given up on graduating from college. I've taken her family's portraits since I began my business nearly four years ago, and in that time it has been an honor and a pleasure to watch her family grow. 

This year, we used the Alameda Open Space area for their Christmas portraits, and while the trees were devoid of their foliage, it was still an absolutely beautiful morning in New Mexico- we even got to see a hot air balloon fly over the Rio Grande River! The beauty of New Mexico never ceases to amaze me! Anyway, this precious family was thrilled with the outdoor space- mainly because they spend a great deal outside camping and attending Boy and Girl Scout events! Fishing, hiking, animal tracking, and star gazing are all favorite pastimes.

One of the many things I'm looking forward to in the next year is spending more time with this sweet family!
